Tutorial of How to Change Main Rotor Head of SanHuan Copter 6020

1. Remove the screw with red circle and you can remove the Canopy.

2. Remove the screws with blue circle and you can separate the landing part and main body.

3. Remove the screws with blue circle and you can separate the main rotor head set and the metal frame.

Remind: please follow the sequence and do it for both sides, the screws with no circle can let it be and they wouldn’t affect the modification. Also take good care on the removed screw and don’t lost it.

There are two motors linked to the main rotor head, remove the gear of the motor with red and blue wire. They you can push both motor from the lower part of main rotor head.

You can see the 6020 with no main rotor head.

Connect the main rotor head together as the photo shown.

Also connect the motors in the original position. (black/white in the front and red/blue in the back). After that you can use screw to lock the metal frame, main rotor head and tail boom together.

Remember the removed gear? Just connect it to the back motor. (red and blue one)

When you separate the landing part and main body, you have six of these parts.

Put it back to the position shown.

Connect the landing part and main body back.

Don’t forget the two tail supports.

Nearly finish, just lock back the screw and canopy and fly it again!

You can buy both 6020 helicopter and parts from RC Fever
